Refund Policy

At BlenderBottle, we offer a 30-day no-reason return and exchange policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery without providing a reason.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before returning any item, please contact us first. We will review your request, confirm eligibility, provide return instructions, and provide the appropriate return shipping information.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For approved returns and exchanges, BlenderBottle provides a prepaid return shipping label and covers the return shipping cost, including change-of-mind returns and returns related to damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or quality-related issues.

Return Conditions

For non-quality-related returns, items should be returned in their original condition whenever possible, including original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Items that show excessive use, damage, or modifications beyond normal inspection may not be eligible for a full refund.

These conditions do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are generally not eligible for no-reason returns:

Custom-made or personalized products
Clearance or Final Sale items
Gift cards
Opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products

These exclusions do not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items where applicable.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are available within the same 30-day period after delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement item or provide another suitable resolution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it is processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
